Dhikala, 30 kilometres inside Jim Corbett National Park, is one of my favourite wildlife locales. The sheer, overwhelming beauty of the landscape never fails to take my breath away and leave me speechless. The reserve is located between the lesser Himalaya in the North and the Shivaliks in the South, along the Ramganga river. The river is the lifeline of the forest and makes for a wonderful setting throughout the day. The sunset affords photographers a new and compelling canvas every single day. And every single one of them, glorious and without peer.
